Peter Green
CEO
Responsible for the company’s vision, growth objectives, and client experience initiatives, Peter brings impressive experience to Southern Jobs Tax Credits. His career in the tax credit industry began in 2001 when he joined WALLACE – The Training Tax Credit Company. In 2007, he became President of WALLACE, implementing process improvement initiatives and ideas which grew the company at a rapid rate. WALLACE was acquired by ADP in 2011. Peter spent 2 years as a Senior Tax Director in ADP’s Tax Credit Services. In 2014, Peter joined forces with Jason Massie to create a new experience in the R&D Tax Credit industry. Peter has served as a former member of taxation committees for both the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Economic Development Association. He is also a frequent speaker on tax credit policy and best practices nationwide.

Tanja Spivey
Practice Leader
Tanja has more than 13 years of experience in State Tax Credits and a knowledge of complex tax situations that sets her apart in this region. From reorganizations to M&As, she is an expert in southeast credits and has extensive experience navigating environments that can impact the survivorship of credits. Tanja applies her deep understanding of disaster zone-based tax credits to help companies qualify, calculate, and prepare their jobs tax credits. As an industry-recognized expert in Georgia and South Carolina tax credits, Tanja has assisted a variety of Fortune 100 companies and small businesses across many industries to implement their statutory credits and incentives. More recently, Tanja led MASSIE’s ERC practice, where she assisted small businesses in filing COVID Relief claims. Tanja received a B.B.A. from Georgia State University, graduating Cum Laude.
